Impeachment Again Tabled By House WASHINGTON, Jan. 18. OP The house today, tabled a resolution demanding the impeachment of Pres ident Hoover for a second time this session. WASHINGTON, Jan. IS. i) Representative McFudden (R. Pa.), took the floor today and again moved "to impeach Herbert Hoover, pres ident of the United States." He presented a resolution propos ing the impeachment on the grounds the president had been guilty of "high crimes nnd misdemeanors." The resolution read to the house was almost identically the same as was tabled, 361 to 8, on December IS. Recall Sponsors Must Sign Names SALEM. Ore., Jan. 18. (U.R) Rep. resentative Lonergnn introduced a bill in the house, today which would require sponsors of recall petitions to sign their names to petitions. Such a measure would end fraud nnd nbuse of tho recall privilege, Lonergnn said. Representative Lynch and Senator Tipton introduced a bill authorizing tho slate reclamation commission to release liens which are obsolete but which incumber the title to lands in the original Tomato irrigation system. An enabling act limiting the right to vote on tax measures and bond is sues to taxpayers on real and per sonal property was introduced by Representative Nichols. The meas ure was passed at the Inst election and goes In effect Jnn. 1, if it passes the legislature.
