Add a bit of green coloring to one portion and a drop or two of Pistachio or al mond extract, scarlet color to an other portion, flavor with rasp berry of rose i leave the third por tion plain and flavor with vanilla or lemon extract or both, the flavor may be used throughout if desired. Pack in layers in small deep sided pan, chill and cut. and place a slice on each serving of steamed pudding. Nun's Butter Add to hard sauce, 1 stiffly beaten egg white. Chill, Thanksgiving Pudding Soak In H cup cold for 5 min utes 1 tablespoon granulated gela tine. Mir together 1H cups prune juice: cup sugar; -4 cup ground chocolate (or 1 square), 8 dotes, small stick elhflamon. Heat through, strain, and add to gelatine. As it thickens beat well and add 91 cup chopped cooked prunes, cup pe cans or walnuts, 1 cup cream, whipped. Turn into a mold. Chill. TTnmold when ready to serve, (tar nish with whole nut meats and prunes stuffed with maraschino cher ries and pineapple. Serve with whip ped cream, plain or frosen. - Figs and raisins may be added, as well as bits ot marschlno cher ries and pineapple. Indian Puddlno (From the homes ot our Pilgrim Mothers). Scald In double boiler S pints of milk; sift into it gradually, stirring constantly, 1 cup cornmeal white or yellow. Add 1 cup finely chopped suet, 1 well beaten egg, 1 teaspoon salt, H cup butter, powdered cinna mon and ginger to taste. Mix all Well.
