(V-The State Patrol said that Henry Clay Overton, 44, one of two men wanted for slaying two persons in Washington, O.C., was killed in a head-on auto collision during a po lice chase tonight. The TWU has been asking a 5 cent hourly increase and the Transit Authority, which operates tha subways and city-owned bus lines, has offered II cents an hour over a two-year period. Dec. 29 UK-Commu nist East Germany today imposed travel restrictions on Allied civili ans including diplomats trav eling in and out of isolated Ber lin. The Allies planned a protest to Russia. In an obvious effort to force recognition from the West, the Communist regime announced that effective Jan. 1 travelers must have East German instead of Soviet visaa to enter and pass through the satellite nation. In effect, it ia 'another Berlin blockade with passage of Western civilians in and out of the old German capital possible only by air if they refuse to get East Ger man visas. The regulations were announced in the East Berlin press, East German officials sent notices to the U. S., British and French missions posted here 110 miles be hind the Iron Curtain. The Communists side-stepped a crisis similar to the 1948-49 So viet blockade of West Berlin by exempting the Allied military gar risons from the regulations. Mate Fishing Boat Sinks; Three Men Missing SEATTLE, Dec. 29 I The fishing boat Victoria, of Grays Harbor, Wash., believed to have carried a crew of three, went down near tha Grays Harbor Bar about a mile from shore tonight after being splintered by a breaker, the Coast Guard reported here. Names of the crew members were not immediately known. A Coast Guard spokesman said search was launched when the fishing boat Adeline, also of Port Angeles, reported at 0:28 p. m. that the Victoria had taken a breaker and could no longer be contacted. The spokesman said the wheel house of the Victoria, a number Of life jackets and other debris was found at about 11 p. m. some miles south of the Grays Har bor life boat station. The search was being conducted by the cutter McLean, of Grays Harbor, an Albatross rescue air craft and a 52-foot life boat, the Coast Guard said. Police Investigator Lloyd Riegel and Marion County Sheriff Den ver Young reported. - Investigation Indicated entry into the building waa made by breaking open a rear outside door. The amateur rocketeers used their own launching ramp and a fuel formula which tbey developed in three previous unsuccessful fir ing attempts. The eight-pound rocket was fueled with a mixture of potassium perchlorate, carbon, sugar and sulphur. The youths are Bobby demons. 18; Mike demons, 17, a first cou sin; Alien Johns, 19; and Roy Mitchell, 20. The cousins are pu pils at Decatur High School, Johns attends the University Center at Huntsville, and Mitchell works. They said they had fired three smaller rockets previously.
