1 pound cooked beef, minced
14 saltinc crackers, finely

1 teaspoons prepared horse
radish li cup chili sauce

cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together Shape in a well greased ring
mold. Turn out en freased'ahallow baking pan Rake in moderate
oven 'lit r 2S-M minutes. Garnish ring with slices of hard
cooked egg and parsley. Heap the center full of green peas and
serve te four. Good with tomato sauce and delicious cold to use
in a sandwich or a salad.

preferably from the thicker end
of the ham or shoulder, is best
for this dish. Remove the bone,

RAISIN CHOCOLATE PIE

milk and scald over hot water 1

briskly. Cook and stir until

Cook and stir over very low
heat 4 or 3 minutes. Remove

pastry shell Cover with merin
gue made from 2 egg whites and
remaining cup sugar Bake n

meringue is browned (about 20
minutes). Cool before rutting.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
