JO m -Police recovered a stolen car late today that they believe was used in the escape of a shabbily dressed blond funman who robbed a loan associ ation of about $3,000. . The car was found abandoned about 31 blocks from the robbed firm, - the Northwest Boulevard branch of the Lincoln First Feder al Savings and Loan Assn. . It matched descriptions of the geta way car. 'Police traced down tbe cars owner, C. T. VfcClintock, who said be had left the car unlocked and with keys ht the ignition when be parked it en the edge of the down town business district oa bis way to work this morning. .The young gunman, who wt an Army fatigue cap over his blond hsir. walked calmly into the loan building about 1 p.m. and placed a sack on the counter. Dec. 30 OPV Tbe director of a Protestant or ganization today demanded a dual federal investigation of what he called the banning by Chicago sta tion WGN-TV of the film "Martin Luther." Glenn L. Archer, executive di rector of ProtestanU and Other Americana United for Separation of Church and State (POAU), said the film, which was to have been broadcast Friday night, "deserves the same righU on the air as Bishop Fulton Sheen." Archer said he asked the House Committee on Un-American Ac tivities and the Federal Communi cations Commission to investigate what be called "suppression" of the film. Indian Burial Ground Near The Dalles Moved to Make Way for Dam Reservoir THE DALLES, Ore., Dec. 20 Ul Removal of the remains of In dians from Grave Island, unused as a burying ground for 63 years, will be completed tomorrow. Workers then will move up stream to Memaloose Island, the more modern Indian burial ground, to continue the operation.! Both islands will be flooded as the Columbia River rises behind The Dalles Dam. Grave Island is immediately upstream from the dam and Memaloose is five miles above that The removal work at Grave Is land started yesterday. Then they just msde it aboard a freedom flight plane to Camp Kilmer, N.J. The two arrived in Kenosha ear lier this month on a trip made possible by relatives. At 8 -a.m. today they made an other trip to St. Catherine's Hospital.
