He said this proposal had been turned down because of the expense of holding a primary election. Texas Republicans already have decided to run Thad Hutcheson of Houston as their candidate. REFUGEE INFORMATION NEW YORK, Nov. 10 OrV-Rela-tives of the 15,000 Hungarians who fled to Austria ahead of Rus sian troops may make "welfare inquiries" about the refugees through local chapters of tht American Red Cross.
