committee to consider remodeling
of the Polk County courthouse has
been appointed by the county
court, announces County Judge
Cal M. Barnhart.
A $100,000 reserve for remodel
ing purposes was set aside by the
county budget committee early in
the year.
At that time, it was decided
that a planning committee should
be appointed to consider the feasi
bility of remodeling to make more
efficient use of courthouse space
Judge Barnhart said that the com
mittee would undertake prelimi
nary action soon.
