Brown, 65. longtime Dallas-area resident, will be at 2 p.m. Thurs day at the Bollman Chapel. The Rev. Leland Morse will officiate, and burial will be at Salt Creek Cemetery. Brown, who had been living for the past several months at Brice land. Calif . died in his sleep there Monday. He was born at Ulysses, Kans . May 9, 1891, and came to the Salt (York community with his family when a boy. The deceased was married to June Evans on Nov. 7, 1921, at Cnrvallis and taught school for a number of years. He later moved with Mrs. Brown to southern Ore gon for his health. In addition to his wife at Dallas, lie is survived hy a son. Kenneth, Hricfland. Calif : a daughter. Irma, also living in California, and a step-son. Vernon J. Evans; bro thers. Jack Brown, Dallas. Roscoe at San .lose. Calif., and Phil, San Diego, Calif.; two sisters. .
