Mrs Stewart Tult, was presented in ei)inmemmiirat:on of the past grand president of Pi Beta Phi to one senior woman in each of the sorority's sixteen provinces, embracing 102 chapters. On t h e basis of recommendation, the Grand Council of Pi Beta Phi will srlect the outstanding one nf these sixteen women to be honored as outstanding senior member of Pi Beta Phi at the national conven tion in Tasadena, California, in July. Miss Terhark has served as pres ident of her chapter and is affili ated with Cap and Gown, Psi Chi. Beta Alpha Gamma, and Kappa Delta Pi. A psychology major, she is senior scholar in the educations department and was a member of the rally squad Outstanding in scholarship, she received the Har riet Rutherford Johnstone prize for two years and was awarded the Charles E. McCulloch scholarship from Willamette University. A graduate of Cleveland High School. Miss Terhark is the daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs Fred J. Ter hark of Portland.
