Trading was moderately active. The Associated Press average of 60 stocks was off 30 cents at $lfW 20. The Industrial component lost 30 cents, rails 20 cents and utilities 30 cents. There were 1,228 Issues traded, of which 433 advanced and 490 de clined. The day'i volume came to 2,70.000 shares, compared with Monday's 3,110,000 shares.
