A cattleman Saturday criticized "those mothers vho are willing to spend fortunes on pills but are too busy to realize that adequate, appetizing meals go hand-in-hand with good health." The comment came from Jay Taylor, president of the American National Cattlemen's Assn. in a talk before the convention of the National Livestock Auction Assn. "Somebody is certainly at fault when health studies of boys and girls reveal that as many as two thirds of our teen-agers are not eating even the minimum of foods necessary for health" and vigor, and one-fifth of the teen-age girls are 'dieting' by going without breakfast," he said. Taylor said "health authorities tell us that many as 90 per cent of our teen-agers have teeth difficul ties directly attributable to poor diet." Attendant Held i In Death of 18 Mental Patients TOKYO til A male attendant was arrested Monday on charges of negligence as a result of a fire Saturday where II mental patients were burned to death in their locked hospital rooms. Hashiehi Okawara, 29, attendant at Shikiba Hospital in nearby Ichi kawa, was charged with failing to open the i locked doors quickly enough so the patients could escape.
