(AP Photo) 2 Boys Die In Old Icebox LOS ANGELES (UP) Two young boys were found suffocated Friday night in an abandoned ice box stored in an empty shed, sheriff's deputies reported. : The victims were Albert Arebalo, 8, and David Anthony Fennesy. The parents of the boys started a search for them Fridav after noon after the youngsters failed to return home. Sheriffs deputies joined the hunt and discovered the icebox in the shed. Both boys were huddled in side. They had been dead about five hours, deputies said. The owner of the shed, : John Richardson, 26, told officers he stored the icebox in the shed about six months ago. The Soviet declaration was made at a press conference at the Foreign Ministry. It referred especially to the Turkish-Pakistan Alliance of 1954 and the new pact which links Tur- : key and Iraq. j The Soviet declaration on the Near and Middle East demanded mat ue unitea Mates ana Britain stop their alleged "pressure." Russia's stand, the declaration said, is made to defend "the inter ests of peace" in the Near and Middle East. Nehru Urges Bandung Talks Skip Formosa By HAROLD K. MILKS BANDUNG, Indonesia Cf) In dia's Prime Minister Nehru pro posed Saturday night that the con ference of 29 Asian and African countries talk . generally - about world peace and economic condi tions and not about details like Formosa. Nehru and Red China's Premier Chou En-Lai are the two dominat ing figures Of the conference which opens Monday. But Nehru will have the stronger voice in charting the course the discussions will take. India. Pakistan. Burma. Cevlon and Indonesia are the conference's sponsoring powers. They will hud dle in a key meeting Sunday to decide on what subjects should be up for discussion. Arriving Saturdav nirht. Nehru called for talks on "general prin ciples rather than specific prob- t iems. r ormosa, ne saia, was a specific problem "a controversial issue which I imagine should hard ly be discussed at this conference." The Prime Minister said India believed the delegates, represent ing three-fifths of the world's dodu- lation, should consider '(1) the question of peace m the world, (2) economic conditions in backward Asian and African nations and (3) other general issues. As Nehru spoke to newsmen here, Chou remained overnight in Jakarta, 75 miles away, where he received a noisv welcome at the closely guarded airport on bis ar rival from Rangoon, Burma.
