Cobwebby pastel organdies and dotted Swiss fabrics, all in nylon, are used for some of the daintiest party dresses on which little girls ever spilled ice cream. Only it doesn't mat ter if these frilly frocks get soiled in one wear ing, because they can be rinsed out in a few min utes and be fresh as ever in an hour. . Transparent plastics also are used for glamor ous party rainwear for the kindergarten set and their big sisters. So small charmers can. step out out to a party, rain or shine, dressed completely in the last word in man-made fabrics, impervious to spots or water, yet looking as fragile as the garments of a fairy princess. Most of these new and practical dress-up styles for smallfry are reasonably, priced, and should bring joy to the hearts of mothers and daughters ' alike. I : .
