Council Names j New Chairmen The City Council of Beta Sigma Phi made plans for the coming season at a meeting held at the home of the president, Mrs. Wil liam St Clair. Officers include Mrs. Ted Morrison, vice-president; Miss Martiia Lively, secretary; Miss Mildred Sdiultz, correspond , ing secretary; and Mrs. Marvin McClain, treasurer.
