Mrs. Mathieu died Tuesday at Salem hospital following a con fining illness of several months. Her death came 24 hours after the death of her brother Jacob Nei-I Kort Kfjjvtrm. . f The deceased was born Sept. 14,1 1871 at Sheboygan, Wis, and came to Sublimity when four years old, later moving to Stayton. She was married to EL T. Mathieu in 1894. Surviving are a daughter. Mrs. Theodore M. Edey, Wkkenberg.
