Hard Tops Set Elimination Event for
Title Saturday
Is to be divided equally right after
the time trials and two trophy
dashes are over. Then will follow
two 50-lap events for the divided
field.
'After the drivers have battled it
out In the twin fifties, the top eight
finishers in each event will go into
a grand finale of 20 laps for the
championship.
Because of the length of the
races, the usual heat romps and
Class B maid event will not be
held Saturday night Valley Sports
officials feel that all entries will
have an equal chance in the two
50 lappers, and that the length of
those races will flush the top 16
cars for the championship run. .
Time trials will start at 7:30.
The first of, the two SO-lappers

times on two runs for each divi
