ING I For Big Rally NEW YORK (JP) - Has the base been established for a summer-rally in the stock market? Right now brokers are pretty generally agreed that the founda tion has been laid, but there are two big potential stumbling blocks. 1. What may happen after the Supreme Court decision is handed down in the government seizure of the steel industry. 2. Or with a sudden change in the complexion of the Korean War. The Associated Press average of 60 stocks last Thursday reached $103.50, the 1952 high touched on March 31, the best level in around 22 years. Friday it declined under that peak and Saturday the aver age held unchanged at $103.10. Saturday volume came to only 300,000 shares as compared with 270,000 shares a week ago. Wheat Prices Close Higher CHICAGO fP - Continued lack of moisture in the spring wheat! belt of the northwest, as well as in Canada, brought buying intoj the bread cereal on the board of trade Saturday. Wheat closed 34-1'm higher,; corn unchanged to higher, oats unchanged to '4 higher, rye 1 4 to 2 cents higher, soybeans ll?-234 higher and lard 5 to 8 cents a hundred pounds higher.
