Grain Advance Turns to Loss CHICAGO (P-Grains acted dis couraged at the board of trade Tuesday, and dropped back in fair ly active trading after making early advances. Wheat - started well on reports that Italy had taken a cargo of wheat and that Brazil had made Inquiries about flour. Corn and oats got above the previous close and soybeans made quite a showing, for a time. However, a weaker vegetable oil market softened up soybeans and all futures went along with the decline in beans.
