Robert Carl Schrader, Albany, waived indictment and pleaded guilty to a charge of non-support. He was released on his own rec ognizance until Wednesday, when he is to be sentenced. Those who pleaded innocent were Donald Dean Douglas, 1215 Hoffman' rd., and Robert Everett Hoover, 4670 Portland rd., charged with larceny of machinery parts, and William B. Spencer, 510 Jud son st charged with larceny of $500 from a fairgrounds ticket taker at the 1950 state fair. Mrs. Comer Succumbs to Heart Attack Mrs. Margaret Grace Comer, 47, died early Monday of a heart at tack at her home, 4375 Macleay rd. Funeral services are being ar ranged at Clough-Barrick chapel. Seattle Man Arraieried in Burglary Case Aldred Walter Tpzier, Seattle, one of two men whose possible connection with a railroad safe theft in Lebanon is being investi gated, was arraigned on a Salem burglary charge Monday in Mar ion county .district -court. He was continued for prelimi nary examination and was held in jail in lieu of $1,500 bail. --. Rodney Berg Wins Trophies In Y Tourney Rodney Berg won two cham pionship "loving cups" Monday in Salem YMCA's games tournament, for table tennis and box hockey in the 9-19-year-old class, accord ing to Roth Holtz, boys' work sec retary. Other champions include Jerry Stein, checkers for 9-10; Ken Bos track for checkers, Jimmy Pero for table tennis and Daryl Peter son for box hockey, all for 11-12-year-olds; Kraig Gateley fr box hockey, Marvin Rhine for table tennis, Don Lukinbeal for pool and Lyle Milllgan for checkers, all for junior high. Eckley's Infant Daughter Dies Death of the infant daughter of Mr. and ' Mrs. Richard F. Eckley at Bremerton, Wash., was learned here Monday by grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Junior Eckley and Mrs. J. E.
