Timm, " 59Nativjei Salem, Dies Otto Herman Timra, Salem-area native who helped pave the first hard-surfaced streets in the city, died Sunday at a Salem hospital. He was 59. Timm was born in Liberty dis trict and retired to an acreage there about five years ago. He had been ill for four months. Deceased operated a house wrecking business in Salem for five years starting in 1940. As a boy he attended the old Lincoln grade schooL Surviving are his widow, Gladys; a step-daughter, Doris McReynolds, Springfield, and a sister, Mrs. C. J. Daniel, Eugene. Services will be held at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday at the Virgil T. Golden chapel.
