ANGEL The annual Christmas party of the Catholic Daughters of America was , at tended by 200 members and spe cial guests : Monday night at St. Mary's dining haU. Special guests included the Rev. Cyril Lebond. the Rev. Clement Frank and the Rev. Hildebrand Melchoir. Santa Claus, played by Mrs. Alice Kroll, created much merri ment and distributed the gifts which were exchanged. Enter tainment numbers included a reading by Mrs. Alfred Schied ler, assisted by Mrs. W. P. Smith, and a comedy skit presented by Mrs. Tony Bigler, Louise Butsch, Mrs. Norbert Butsch, Mrs. A. T, Wilde, Mrs. Albert Uhing and Mrs. Alois Humpert. Both were strong ly applauded . Mrs. Urban Butsch and Mrs. William Fessler were in charge of the games. Tables were bright with Christ mas decorations for the late sup per which was served by the com mittee with Mrs. Urban Butsch, chairman, Mrs. W. P. Smith, Al bert Wilde, Mrs. Norbert Butsch, Mrs. Alois Humpert, Mrs. Ber nard Schiedler, Mrs. Gene Bar rett and Louise Butsch.
