Winslow to Head Salem Celebration Of YM Centennial Norman Winslow, attorney, will be chairman of Salem YMCA'a committee for celebration of the National YM movement's centen nial in 1951, Tinkham Gilbert, board chairman, announced Wed' nesday. The committee, whose other members will be announced later, is to stimulate interest in the June convention of numerous YM or g an iza tions slated for Cleveland, as well as devising a local pro gram of observance.
