State police said Miss Jackson was visiting the ranch of a cousin, Henry E. Harris. The two were crossing the river and as Harris stepped ashore he heard a splash, turned and saw the woman strug gling in the water and being car 'ried away. Ex-Residents of Liberty in Trailer Camp Blast Area Three former residents of the Liberty district were living at the trailer camp at Fairfield-Suisan air base at the time of the explosion late Saturday night following the crash of a bomb-loaded B-29. . Friends here said Mrs. Ralph Secor and her son and daughter were residing at the base. Her husband is with the armed forces in Korea. It was not known wheth er the family escaped the blast which claimed the lives of 17 per sons and injured 60.
