Four Corners George Milton Kickman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Rickman, who has been in the U. S. navy reserves for a year, has enlisted in the U. S. navy and 'has been sent to San Diego for his basic training. Idanha Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gwen Geston are Geston's brother, .Joe, and his three sons, of North Dakota and his brother, Kris and wife of Milwaukie. Zena Mrs. Arthur McLaugh lin of Cincinnati arrived here by plane Tuesday for an extended visit with her aunt, Mrs. Vesta Goodfellow. Mrs. McLaughlin vis ited here when a girl about 35 years ago. Statesman News Service Mrs. Laura Payne Wolgamot ALBANY Mrs. Laura Belle Payne Wolgamot, 60, a resident of Albany for the past 32 years, died at her home June 24. Funeral ser vices will be held from the Fort-miller-Fredericksen chapel at 2 o'clock Wednesday, June 28. The Rev. George Huber will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside. Mrs. Wolgamot was born on Nov. 24, 1889, at Silver Plume, Colo. On May 24, 1910, at Hay den, Colo., she was married to Da vid Wolgamot They came to Al bany In 1918. Mrs. Wolgamot had been a member of the Methodist church since early life. Surviving is her widower; j also her mother, Mrs. Mary A. Long of Tonasket Wash., and a sister, Mrs, Fred Williams and one nephew1, both of Cheslia, Wash. James William Dryden ; WHEATLAND James William Dryden, 73, died Sunday at his home in Wheatland where he had resided for the past 18 years. He was born in Springfield, Mo., Oct 10, 1876 and married Gertrude M. Dryden at Portland in 1916. Sur vivors Include his wife,?Gertrude, two sisterv Mrs. MolUe Miller, Gerard, Kans., and Mrs". Melissa Hoyle, Portland; two brothers, Cleveland and ' Richard Buckley, Portland. Services were held at the Hope well United Brethren church 'Wednesday, with the Rev. Harry Ryan of Dayton conducting the services. Interment was in the Hopewell cemetery with McMinn ville Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Izaae Garland McBea DALLAS Funeral services for Izaac Garland McBee, 79, life-long resident of Oregon who died Sun day, will.be held at the Henkle Bollman chapel Wednesday at 2 p. m. Dr. Earl Benbow will of ficiate and interment will be in Belcrest Memorial park, Salem. ' 1 McBee was born in Salem Dec. 22, 1870, and was married to Alta Waddell in March, 1897. McBee had lived at Dallas, route 2 for 175 years. He was a member1 of Friendship lodge, the Odd Fellows. Surviving tare a foster daughter, Lietitla Bljanchard; a sister, Mrs. Daisy Hughes; four brothers, John, Leonard H. and George F. McBee, all of Dallas, and W. Pearl McBee, Toledo.
