Idaho's average was $195 and Utah's $200. - -Butter prices have dropped more in the Pacific northwest -than other major regions since the mid dle of April, the USDA week-end reports showed. Prices to retailers both at Portland and Seattle have dropped 2 cents a pound, on top grade prints during this period. Top grades of butter In the whole sale markets at San Francisco and eastward have held mostly un changed during the past three weeks. - I - American cheddar cheese prices have dropped, too, at most coast markets ' during the past tnree weeks, while midwest cheese prices improved slightly.
