State Fraternal I Congress to Meet in Salem Plans for the annual meeting of the Oregon 4 State Fraternal congress here Friday have been completed. The conference will be held in the Veterans of Foreign Wars hall, according to Ivan G. Martin, local chairman. Several hundred dele gates of the affiliated societies re expected to attend. . The schedule includes registra tion at 10 a.m. followed by a morning business session. An ad dress by W. C. Schuppell. chair man of the board of Standard Insurance company, will open the afternoon session at 1:30 p.m. Of ficers' report and a trade forum led by the Rev. W. Shoelter will round out the afternoon. Gov. Douglas McKay and Dr Roberto Hooker of Pacific uni versity will talk at the banquet at 6:30 o'clock. Sons of Norway. Thor lodge of Salem, will furnish dance group for the evening program and Wayne Meusey will play 'the piano. Banquet reservations are avail able from Florence Reay at 3-8731 or Martin, phone 3-4419.
