First formal dance for the Bon Hour dub will be Friday night at the Veteran's hall between t and It o'clock with dancing to tha music of Wayne Strschan's orch estra. Taper lighters were Miss Doro thy Cook and Miss Myrl Clapps of Yakima, Wash. ; Given in marriage by her father; the bride wore a white satin dress fashioned Elizabethan style- with court train. Her fingertip veil was held in place by a white satin, cap trimmed with seed pearls. She car ried a white prayer book centered with gardenias and white carna tions. t Mrs. Eugene Heath of Portland, sister of the bride, was the honor attendant Her gown was of aqua brocade with which she wore long white gloves and a flowered cov ered tiara. She carried a nosegay of roses, carnations and bouvardia. I Acting as best man was Joe Ad dison and seating the guests were Ray Cook, brother of the bride and Norman Henderson, brother of the groom. Mrs. Cook wore a forest green satin dress with black accessories and her corsage was of pink roses and Mrs. Henderson chose a grey dress with black accessories and wore a corsage of red roses. The reception was held ' In the church parlors, with Mrs. Herbert Harold, the groom s sister cutting the cake. Mrs. Bessie Clapps, the bride's aunt of Yakima, Wash., poured. Assisting were Miss Dor othy Cook, Miss Myrl Clapps and Mrs. Robert Kraepin. For her wedding trip the bride chose an emerald green satin dress with grey accessories. They wore matching mitts and satin bandeauxs, gold cross and chain and carried colonial bouquets of yellow and white flowers. A reception was held in St. Mary's dining halL Cutting the cake were Mrs. Charles Deal and Miss Georgians Hauth, sisters of the bride; Mrs. Charles Ferrell and Miss Caroline Ferrell were in charge of the gift table and Miss Maxine Schwab passed the guest book. O. Clement, became the bride of George P. LeBorde, all of Salem, Dr. Chester W. Hamblin performed the nuptials before members of the immediate fam ily and a few friends. Mrs. E. T. Barnett flew noVth from Stockton, Calif-, to sing for her sister's wedding. Mrs. Ralph Dobbs played the accompaniment and wedding music Dr. Clement gave his daughter in marriage) and for her wedding she chose a mulberry gabardine dressmaker suit wtth black acces sories and she carried a small bouquet of pink carnations and Mrs. Barnett was her sister's only attendant and her suit wu an invisible check of deep red and green with green and black acces sories.
