May 20-tP-The national labor relations board today ordered a collective bar gaining election to be held by June 18 at the Oregon Portland Cement company's Oswego. Dallas, and lime plants. The AFI, United cement, lime and gypsum workers had petition ed for the election. Employes will vote on whether they wish to be represented by that union, or by the CIO International Woodwiyk ers of America, or by a group-of four unions which now hold con tracts w ith the plant. The four are the construction and general laborers union: the hod carriers union; the electrical workers, and the machinists. Club Asks Milk Control Ousted PORTLAND, May 20-pTi-A City Club committee recommended to day that state control of milk prices be abandoned. The committee, assigned by the businessmen's club to study the controversial milk problem, said It did not think retalV prices should be regulated at all. At present, the state will not permit milk to be sold cheaper than certain set price. The recommendation called for regulation of prices to dairymen, however, under a formula system regulated by the U. S. department of agriculture. Oregon Fliers To Visit Maine PORTLAND. May 20-fPi-A flight of 35 private planes will depart tomorrow for Portland, Maine, in what the chamber of commerce says is the country's largest mass flight of this nature. The trip strictly for fun and promotion is the climax of sever al shorter junkets. The "flying businessmen" have previously vis ited Mexico, the Arctic circle, and neighboring states.
