Llewelly as state adjutant general. The victory came when the state supreme court refused Llewellyn's request for a writ of prohibition. The writ, if it had been granted, would have prohibited the gover nor from suspending Llewellyn. Llewellyn applied for the writ May 9 af?er Langlie suspended him from office.
