The Associated Press average of 0 stocks dipped J of one point to 63.f. The railroad component held unchanged but the industrial and utility groups tipped lower. Corn Futures Cain 2 Cents CHICAGO. April 7-()-Corn fu tures calling for delivery in Sep tember and December got a little inspiration today from the admin istration's proposed new farm pol icy. They spurted more than 2 eents at one time and held onto good part of their gains. Otherwise, the new farm pro gram had little influence on the market Prices wound up with lit tle change from yesterday's close, although they hopped around quite a bit during the session. A notice able feature was coparative easi ness in May deliveries. Wheat closed lower to i higher, corn was Vi lower to 1 higher, oats were - lower, rye was V lower to Vi higher, soy beans were IK -2 lower and lard was 20 to 27 cents a hundred pounds lower.
