Corn Steady In Grain Mart - J CHICAGO. Jan. 20 4p- The only commodity on the board of trade which showed any steadi ness today, was corn. Everything else retreated and closed at the lowest price of the day. For most of the session price changes did not amount to much, although the independent firm ness of corn while other cereals eased was an early feature. In the last half hour selling expand ed and found few buying orders in the pit. Most of the day's losses were made in the final few minutes, if Wheat closed Ift-IH lower, corn was lower- to H higher, oats were to 1 cent lower, rye was 1-14 lower, soybeans were ltt to 2 cents lower and lard was 8 jcents lower to 2 cents a hundred .pounds higher.
