Swarts on a ' Lane warrant charging negligent homi cide. Police were notified that the man called to pick up sweaters or dered by two girls September 10. The pair, giving a G res ham ad dress, had paid $4.50 deposit. When the sweaters had not ar rived, the man demanded a re fund and presented the receipt He was given the $14.50 listed and it was not discovered until later that a figure one had been insert ed in front of the original amount.
