At one time July oats was off 8 cents, the daily limit, and -all deliveries except December hit new seasonal lows. ;: Corn sank for wide losses at one 'lime, but a late rally cut these down to more modest size. The rally actually started in wheat, which had shown some resistance all day to selling In feed grains. Weakness in securities, growing tension over Berlin and approach of a special session of congress did not create buying enthusiasm. Wheat closed V lower to 1 cent higher, July $2.25 y-, corn was 2 lower to higher, July $2.10V-Vi, oats were 14-4 low er, July 82y4-, rye was IV low er, December $1.87, and soybeans were 3 to 4 cents lower, July $3.79.
