Carl Cover of Salem, reserve navy commander, has called the meeting to bring about establish ment of a local chapter of the Ncval Reserve Officers associa tion for reservists of all naval services. Dr. Luther to Teach At Stanford University Dr. Chester Luther, head of the mathematics department at Wil lamette university, will teach at Stanford university during the summer session from June 18 to September 28.
