Blumsen. drove north to White Rock and Vancouver, Canada, on a ten-day trip. Ap pearing at the meeting is the in terest of liberalizing ttte dance ordinance as "it now stands were Oscar Edlund, H. II. Holland and Wesley Grogan The ordinance stipulated that patrons at the dance cpuld n t leave the hall and return again without purchasing a second full admission. Some objecticfi is also being expressed, membefs stated. to the provision providing that j no youths under 18 yeafs of ags may attend a public ' flance at Silverton. This provision I was also embodied in the older ; dance or dinance here Leonard Hudson, Rotpry club president, spoke briefly! on the Rotary s plans for local tennis courts. The Jaycees discussed add ing their efforts to this ifrovement 1 1 but no definite action wps taken.
