Short mvtrinf and other bid ding by professionals, based on th thought that the recent de cline to average lows since last June entitled the list to at least a temporary revival, received the principal credit for the comeback. Skepticism regarding anti-inflation moves and foreign, affairs still kept numerous customers on the sidelines. Tax selling again was a deterrent Little response was made to another string of good dividends. The Associated Press 60-stock composite was up .5 of a point at 63, best recovery since Novem ber 20.
