Grains Carry Steady Tone - CHICAGO, Nov. 19 -W- Feed E rains ..carried a steady tone in oard of trade dealings today, but wheat was inclined to be nervous and followed an irregular trend. ' Oats' advanced with corn and at the close wheat was IVi lower to 2 cents higher, December $3.02-3.01l4. Corn was lower to l'j higher, December $2.44V2 . Oats were to higher, De cember $ 1.20-. Traders said the possibility -of Washington developments contin ued to be the disturbing factor in wheat trade. Yesterday's purchase of wheat by the commodity credit corpor ation were light. - Foreign advances said that France in asking for an addition al 250,000 bushels of wheat and traders had reports that the production- and marketing adminis tration has withdrawn from the flour market after rnirchase of I more than 2,000,000 hundred I weight of flour during the past week.
