MILLER SENTENCED A 60-day suspended, jail sen tence and a $100 fine were meted out Monday by Marion County District Judge Joseph Felton to Roy Ernest Miller, 1960 Broad way st.f who was convicted by a district court jury last week of driving while intoxicated. PAIR FACE TWO CHARGES Leonard Chastain and his wife Neda, 550 Water st., will appear in Marion county district court today to enter pleas to the second charge of forgery filed against them in a week. They are held in Marion county jail in lieu of $1,000 bail each on a similar charge Lodged against them last week. Last week's complaint charged them with issuing a false $21 check on a local merchant, for which they are awaiting grand jury action. The more recent charge also involved a bad check passed locally, court records in dicated. NAMES CHANGED Marion County Circuit Judge George Duncan granted three name changes Monday. The name of Tsutome Sato was changed to Kenneth Tsutome Takayama, that of Betty Sueko Sato to Betty Sue ko Takayama, and Anna Haruko Sato to Anna Haruko Takayama.
