The idea will be presented at the next meeting of the Columbia basin inter-aeencv committee in Walla Walla June 25th. i This seems a belated awareness of a problem which has had abundant publicity in recent years. It is a recognition tha( river improvement planning has pretty largely ignored the salmon fishing industry.
