Is being held in the Marion county jail for California authorities to day after his arrest yesterday by state police on a fugitive from justice charge. Hansen was stopped by state police on High way 99E and further questioned when found to have no operator's license. Hansen is charged with grand larceny by the state of Cali fornia and was ordered held until March 18 when he appeared in Salem justice court Tuesday.
