quoting Moore and citing alleged

radio repair. The complaint alleg
es the article commented: "That

radio. "
The Mairs' guit contends the
article was false and libelous, and
that they were operating a bona
fide business. .

Wheat Soars,
Drops in Mart
CHICAGO, Feb. 20 -.-P)-In a
hectic session of widely gyrating '
prices, wheat soared as much as '
8 cents to. new 27-year highs an1
then gave up nearly all its gains
on the board of trade today.
The new peak for any wheat :
contracts since 1920 was estab
lished by March at $2.38,i short
ly before noon. Heavy profit
taking then swept over the pit and
prices plunged from their bet !
levels. Corn and oats swung up 1
and down with wheat.
Wheat closed lower to 1 cent
higher, March S2.321,, corn was;
unchanged to . higher, March ;

NEW YORK. Feb. 2 0-()-Airline
stocks led a selective come
back in today's market although
many leaders remained indiffer
ent. Aircraft issues attracted bids
on the idea this group was be
hind the market, having done lit
tle in the January revival.
Johns-Miinville, still buoyed by
the proposed stock splitup, added
3'i at 136 on top of yesterday's
3-point gain. United Paperboard
was active with an advance of 17.
at 18V Douglas Aircraft was up
