Jack Spencer Is president of the local body. Stayton The 48th annual con vention of Marion county Sunday school council will be held in the Christian church here Saturday, February 22. Theme of the meet ing will be "The Debt We Owe." Fred deVries is president of the county unit; Leland Keithley, vice - president: Grace Klamne secretary - treasurer; and Mrs. George Clipfell, children's superintendent Biverdale A men's leg show and woman's hat style revue were amusement features at the school carnival Saturday night. More than $150 was cleared and will be used for school improve ments. Pratum Emma Lou Sap ping field attended the three day Tri Y conference in Portland and while there visited friends at Roosevelt High school Where she attended school for two years.
