NABBED ON OLD CHARGE Sam E. Grey, former Salem res ident allegedly wanted since March, on a forgery charge was turned over to local author ities Saturday by state police who had arrested him in Milwaukie Friday. Grey will enter his plea in Salem justice court Monday to the charge that he forged a $41 check with the fignature of P. T. Frizzell, court attaches stated af ter his initial appearance yester day. ASSAULT CHARGE ENTERED A charge of assault with a dead ly weapon was placed against Robert Olson of Valsetz yester day when he appeared in Salem justice court. He, is to enter his plea Monday. Olson was arrested Friday by Salem police on a jus tice court warrant in which June Olson. 640 Chemeketa st., asserts he hit her on the head with a pistol on November 22.
