Austin Will be the scene of an open house on Sunday afternoon, October 20 n the occasion of their golden wed ding anniversary.' .The Austins have invited friends and relative through the press to call between 2 and 5 o'clock. Grace Bell Jones and Alpheus K.- Austin were married at he Gervais Baptist church on October 14. 1896 and have lived In Wnd burn since their marriage, where they have also maintained their business interests. The Austins have three chil dren, Lt. Col. Leland A. Austin, stationed in Peking, China with headquarters division, Mrs, Jay C. Allen (Ruth Austin) of Seat tle and Mrsv John . III. is presently sta tioned at Fort Belevorl, Va.
