Wheat was neglected through out the session and closed 'n-4 lower, January $2.03, corn was lower to higher, January $1.40i-4. and oats declined 14- ls, November 85-85 s. Selling of November oats was based on reports shippers were unable to obtain permits for tail road cars to move oats east dur ing November. A heavy move ment of wheat out of the north west is contemplated during that month, according to Irade reports Canada raised its export tax on oats 2 cento, effective tomor row, bring the tax to 42 cents a bushel.
