Mrs. Flegel Arrives in Capital The many Salem friends of Col onel and Mrs. Earl C. Flegel of Mineral Wells. Texas, will be in terested to learn 'that they are coming west to Oregon to make their home. Mrs. Flegel and their youngest son, Lee. arrived in the capital Wednesday and are house guests of her parents. Dr. and Mrs. R. E. Lee Steiner. Colonel Flegel. who is now at the Fort Sam Houston hospital, experts to be retired from tlhe army in the 1 near future. He has served In the regular army since World Wsr I. The Flegels' other son. Lt Earl C. Flegel, Jr, Is r)ow stationed in Kentucky and expects to be re leased this summer, sfter which time he.will Join his family here.
