June 13--The production and marketing ad ministration reported today that a SI .35 a pound loan rate on ladino clover' has been set for 1948, a 15-fent reduction from last year's sepport price. Most other loan rates are un changed from, last year, said E. Harvey Miller, administration chairman, but the rates for bien nial sweet clover and farm-stored sudan grass weie lowered a cent a pound.
