Glenn Elkins ALBANY Glenn Elkins died I of a heart attack in Eugene Sunday. Elkins was born in Dal las but cam to Albany when a bojr and lived here for many Valley Births In 1913 he married Edith Hackleman of Albany. Elkins was a veteran of World War I rand was a member of the famous 411th telegraph battalion. For the past 30 years he had been an em ploye of the Pacific Telephone company. He was a, member of the Methodist church and of the Masonic lodge. Survivors are the widow, the former Edith Hackleman: son, William D. Elkins; his aged fath er, William D.
