Demonstration Of Irrigation Set! Wednesday Irrigation in the field will be demonstrated at four farm meet ings being helc on irrigated farms Wednesday, September 5. The! .vote ort wage issues, was reached on July 25, prior to the new wage policy.! t Increases for loaders and route supervisors were granted by un animous vote of the board. Labor members! dissented to the denial of an increase for, driver-salesmen. The board also directed that the work day-for country drivers shall remain at- nine hours under the new ;contract and that time and one-half ahall.be paid for all time worked In excess of eight hours by city drivers and nine hours by country drivers, with the provision that commissions shall not apply as overtime payment y.
