Barham was hos tess to members of the G.K.P. club at her home on North Win ter street Wednesday afternoon. The luncheon table was center ed with a low arrangement of yellow azaleas and wygelia. EGGS SUPREME 3 tablespoons butter or substi tute 4 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons catsup 2 cups milk -6 hard cooked eggs. Salt and pepper 4 to 6 shredded wheat dis cuits Parsley Melt butter; blend in flour and catsup. Gradually add milk; cook over low heat, stirring con stantly, until thickened. Cut eggs in halves lengthwise. Re move yolks. Cut egg .whites in slivers; add to sauce. ' Season with salt and DeDDe?. SDlit shredded wheat biscuits and heat about 10 minutes in a moderate oven (350 degrees). Arrange shredded wheat biscuits on serv ing platter; cover with egg whites in sauce and sprinkle with egg yolks which have been pressed through a sieve. Garnish with parsley. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
